2. Agreement
By registering and purchasing event participation, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the participant and beY0nd Europe AG (“the organizer”).
3. Registration and Confirmation
After submitting your registration, we will contact you to confirm your participation and share seminar, accommodation, and payment details.
Your registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed by the organiser.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact us at henna.nieminen.ext@bey0nd-group.com.
Participation is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
4. Payment and Binding Registration
Participation becomes official and binding once the invoice is paid within 14 days of confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the registration will be considered void, and the organizer reserves the right to offer the seat to another participant.
All payments must be made in euros (EUR) to the account specified on the invoice.
5. Cancellation and Substitution
Participation fees are non-refundable. However, a substitute board-level participant from the same organisation may be nominated, subject to the organiser’s approval.
The contact details of the new participant must be provided at least seven (7) days before the event. It is not possible to change the person or organisation liable for the payment.
6. VAT
Participation fees are subject to the prevailing VAT rate of the country where the event takes place, in accordance with applicable tax regulations. This applies to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) customers, regardless of location.
7. Waiting List
If the event is sold out, you will be added to a waiting list. We will notify you if a place becomes available.
8. Target Group
The event is intended exclusively for board members in strategic governance or non-executive roles. The organizer reserves the right to decline registrations that do not meet these criteria.
9. Event Confirmation, Changes, and Cancellations
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event if there are not enough confirmed participants by January 31, 2026. In such a case, any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
The organiser also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary. Participants will be informed as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that an incident beyond the organiser’s control prevents the event from taking place, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event to a new date and time within one year of the original date.
The organizer will not be liable for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
10. Liability
The organiser’s, its affiliates’, employees’, partners’, and subcontractors’ total aggregate liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the event is limited to the amount of the participation fee paid, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
The event content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or investment advice. The organizer disclaims all liability and responsibility for any decisions made based on the event.
11. Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance. The organiser does not cover losses related to travel, health, or property. Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance.
12. Personal Data
Participant information is collected and processed by beY0nd Europe AG in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
Purchasing or assigning someone a ticket adds that individual’s email address to our mailing list to receive event-related information, company updates, and other relevant communications. Participants may unsubscribe from these messages at any time.
Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g. accommodation and logistics partners) solely for the purpose of arranging the event. Personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any other third parties.
13. Photography and Media
During the event, the organizer may take photos and video recordings in which participants may appear. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such photos and recordings by the organizer for communication, documentation, and marketing purposes related to this and future events. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or recordings, they should inform the organizer in writing before or during the event.
14. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, images, photos, videos, and other digital media are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Recording or distribution of event content without prior written consent from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
15. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
