- Binding Registration: Participation becomes official and binding once the invoice is paid within 14 days of confirmation. If the invoice is not paid within this period, the organizer reserves the right to offer the seat to another participant.
- Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations are not refundable, but a substitute participant from the same organization may be nominated.
- Event Confirmation: The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if there are not enough confirmed participants by January 31, 2026. In such a case, any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded.
- Program Changes: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule if necessary.
- Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance. The organizer does not cover losses related to travel, health, or property.
- Personal Information & GDPR: Participant information is collected and processed by beYOnd AG solely for the purpose of organizing and communicating about the event, in accordance with GDPR. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for event logistics.
- Force Majeure: The organizer is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or travel restrictions.
