peter badik
Peter Badik is the co-founder and current Chairman of the Board of GreenWay, the largest provider of charging services in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), operating in Slovakia, Poland, and Croatia, with more than 2,800 public charging points, 130,000 customers, and 200 employees.
He is a board member and vice-president of ChargeUp Europe, the European industry association for the charging sector based in Brussels, and a co-founder and former president of the Slovak Electric Vehicle Association (SEVA).
A trained banker, he has been professionally involved in eMobility since 2011.

Michael Hajesch
Michael is a self-employed executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across the automotive, mobility, and energy transition sectors, including corporate, scale-up, and joint venture environments. Most notably, he lead IONITY’s growth as founding CEO into Europe’s leading high-power charging platform. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Kempower, contributing governance expertise and representing shareholder interests.
Holding a Ph.D. from Cranfield University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Kassel, Michael is known for his open-minded and customer-focused approach to interim management, board leadership, and strategic advisory in a fast-scaling, dynamic tech environment.

DR. Christian jacobsson
Dr. Jacobsson is the Co-founder and CEO of Energy Bank. He holds a PhD in particle physics and has 23 years of experience in the European energy sector, including senior roles at E.ON in Sweden and Germany, Alpiq in Switzerland, and Fortum/Uniper.
After more than two decades with major energy utilities across Europe, it was time to make a real change for the energy transition, and that’s how Energy Bank was born. True, large-scale storage capacity already exists — in our electric vehicles, especially those capable of bidirectional charging. This represents a paradigm shift that few yet recognize: a technically and economically viable solution that Energy Bank has already been running successfully for over a year and is now rolling out across markets.

tomi ristimäki
Tomi Ristimäki has over 25 years of experience in the electrification industry, including 15 years in the eMobility sector. His experience covers both the vehicle and infrastructure domains, giving him a comprehensive perspective of the industry’s development.
As CEO of Kempower, he led the company’s transformation from a 10-person tech startup into a publicly listed top-3 fast charger manufacturers, growing it to over 800 employees and ca. 300 M€ in revenue within six years. This journey allowed him a key position from which to observe the emergence of eMobility across various forms of transportation and industries.
Currently, Tomi works as a management consultant, Board Member at the Nasdaq-listed engineering company Etteplan and Board Advisor at Ampner. He focuses on helping growth-oriented B2B companies to unlock their potential and identify their true strengths.

FLORENT ROULET
Florent Roulet is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group. Florent joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he was Partner. With over 20 years of experience advising companies in the TMT space, he has held roles at several renowned financial institutions, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, GP Bullhound, and UBS. Florent regularly advises companies on topics related to Financing and M&A and has an excellent understanding of the investment landscape and business models.
Over the years, he honed his dealmaking skills and entrepreneurial mindset, culminating in the co-founding of NOR Capital in 2015, which was sold to Bryan, Garnier & Co in 2023.
Florent and Paul de Froment (below) bring proven complementary expertise on the Electric Mobility sector across Europe and North America. Their extensive sector knowledge covers the entire EV Charging infrastructure sector from operators to hardware OEMs and software providers. Florent regularly advises companies on topics related to Financing and M&A. Florent has an excellent understanding of the investment landscape and business models. Paul’s research leverage data-driven insights and pinpoint specific market trends and opportunities. Paul regularly publishes research reports spanning both public and private markets.

PAUL DE FROMENT
Paul de Froment is a Managing Director and Co-Head of European Healthcare and Technology Research, based in Paris. He joined Stifel in 2025 through its acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co. Paul originally joined Bryan, Garnier & Co as an Equity Research Analyst in 2021.
Prior to that, he worked for over six years at Kepler Cheuvreux as an Equity Research Analyst focusing on small and mid-caps companies, which helped him to develop a solid knowledge in the fields of tech and biotech industrials.
Paul holds a master’s degree from La Sorbonne and Sciences Po Bordeaux (MSc Finance and Capital Markets).

sonja venho
Sonja Venho is a strategic thinker and business development specialist focused on future mobility. Sonja has extensive experience in building new business models. She has been leading innovation at OP Financial Group and held key roles in strategy teams at PostNord and Škoda Auto.
Her career kick-started by co-inventing the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), which became the global vision of future mobility, based on Sonja’s Master’s Thesis in 2014. Currently, Sonja works as Business area responsible for the scale-up EV Mobile. She also holds Senior Advisor role at Gardi smart home delivery company and previously at InnoLab advisory board at the University of Vaasa.

Tero Era has extensive experience across eMobility and urban mobility — from energy and charging networks and fast-charging solutions to digital mobility services and micromobility.
He has held leadership roles at Fortum (energy), Fortum Charge & Drive (Country Manager, Charge Point Operator and eMobility Service Provider), Kempower (Board member, Fast-charging solutions), and Vapaus (CEO, eBikes as company bikes). Tero has been involved in eMobility since the launch of Finland’s first public DC fast charger in 2012. He is also co-founder and former CEO of Puhti, a wellbeing services company.

Rami Syväri
Rami Syväri is an eMobility advisor and founder with 20+ years of experience in corporate ventures and business development across the energy, telecom, and mobility sectors. He has held leadership roles at Energie 360°, Alpiq, and Fortum, and founded beY0nd, a Swiss advisory and benchmarking company supporting European charge point operators and investors with data-driven insights and strategic guidance.
He has served as Board Chair or member for GOFAST AG, swisscharge AG, Protoscar SA, MOVE Mobility SA, Fortum Charge & Drive BV, and beY0nd europe AG. With international experience across Germany, Finland, and Switzerland, Rami is committed to cross-cultural collaboration, progressive organizations, and sustainable business.
